| Water Backup Coverage is available for loss caused by water which backs up through sewers or drains or water which enters into and overflows from within a sump pump, sump pump well or other type of system designed to remove subsurface water which is drained from the foundation area at the residence premises. |
| Inflation Guard: the limit of liability shown for the building may be revised at each policy renewal to reflect a rate of change in construction cost indexes. |
| Guaranteed Repair & Replacement Cost on Dwelling provides that losses to the dwelling be covered to the specified limit shown on the declarations, up to the actual cash value of the damage. |
| Additional Perils Household Personal Property / Farm Equipment / Dwelling Coverage covers personal property against accidental risks of direct physical loss. |
| Replacement Cost for Household Personal Property / Dwelling can provide for household personal property at replacement cost such as domestic appliances, awnings, outdoor antennas and outdoor equipment, whether or not attached to the building. |
| Scheduled Personal Property Coverage will cover risk of direct physical loss to the classes of covered personal property as listed on the declarations page. |
| Earthquake Endorsement provides coverage for the direct physical loss by earthquake to property specified on the declarations. |
| Farm / Household Operations Records |
| Ordinance or Law Coverage provides compensation for loss incurred when local ordinances or laws require that additional loss be incurred in addition to and beyond the peril loss. |
| Mine Subsidence Coverage applies only to the building identified on the declarations and provides coverage in the event of loss from lateral or vertical ground movement resulting from the collapse of man made underground mines. |

Deductible Credit |

All physical damage losses are subject to a deductible. The higher your deductible - the lower your premium. |

New Home Credit |
| If your home was constructed within the last 10 years, credit may be applicable. |
|
Homeowners/Automobile Credit |
| A 5% discount is available on your homeowners premium if you insure your auto with Farmer's Union Co-Operative, our liability carrier. |
|
Claims Free Credit |
| A credit of up to 10% applies after12 months of continuous coverage with no claims. |
|
Longevity Credit |
| 5% applies for policyholders who have been with GGMIC 5 years or more. |
